I only use affiliate links for platforms that I personally use/d and love/d!

I’ll never recommend you something just for the money

  • Scheduling platform I use, developed by a tiny very friendly company: Introwise

  • The CRM platform I’ve been using for ages, also from a tiny very friendly company. One of those rare platforms that WERE designed for freelancers! You won’t find this by googleing! - Moxie
(even basic subscription does scheduling, invoicing, timetracking, bookkeeping, intake forms and agreement signing, client portal, automations, aaaand more - higher tiers even have business phonennumber attached!)

  • I often mention George Kao’s courses, I’ve taken most of them years ago. You can find them here: Link

  • My alltime favorite advice on creating video content EASILY also comes from George Kao - I’m a filmmaker who worked on Dune Part 1. Yet I took and loved his course! Take this course

  • This is the MOST user-friendly email marketing tool (believe me I’ve tested dozens) but it comes at a steep entry cost. But unlike other platforms the price does not go up as your audience grows! flodesk

  • The best all-in-one platform out there - comes with a steep price, but when your business gets there it’s worth it - you’ll have so much extra info about youraudience and everything in one place - Simplero (p.s. I hate their marketing but the product and the support is stellar! not perfect! There is no perfect platform :D)

  • Proxied Mail - is my favorite tool to hide my original email address from sites when I sign up for something. It also handles custom domain email forwarding to gmail (or any others) which is great since google stopped providing that feature through POP3. It’s also super cheap, and free tier is generous too!
